Integrity. A word rarely used nowadays but these guys have it in abundance. We booked quite last minute so they made sure we understood the implications re: deposits, etc. They were very clear with all information and the property was well respected and lovely friendly service when they moved it. I honestly couldn't praise these guys anymore.

Very grateful to Safe Removals who packed up my flat during Covid. After a year they have just delivered my belongings are they are in perfect condition. This is the secondtime I have used this firm. from the initial booking with Lauren through to service I received from the 2 guys doing the move, they were very polite and helpful. They had the added problem of it being the hottest day of the year and very humid. The whole removel was painless for me and whole thing completed in good time. Many thanks Guys

Due to travel restrictions I was unable to return to the UK to pack up my apartment and move things to storage at the end of my lease. Safe Removals completely came to the rescue and stayed in constant contact with me throughout the process. The packing team even video called me to show me how the packing was going and Laura arranged an end of tenancy clean. They were lifesavers in an incredibly stressful situation! Their customer service is phenomenal with fast email replies and a friendly voice on the phone. I would highly recommend them to anyone in my situation who needs some peace of mind.

Terrific service and great execution. DNAe moved a large amount of delicate Lab equipment and other items between sites over a number of days. Safe Removals delivered everything lab bench to lab bench, on time, with care and in the same condition it departed the previous site. Very happy to recommend this company.

This is third time using SR . They pack and label really sensibly and are so helpful & careful with the goods. I moved from Islington to Battersea & forgot to dispose 2 leftovers ; a sealed bag of a biscuit another sealed bag of some 20 g of crisps. It was all carefully packed and intact. I rated 4 * as the price was a bit higher than my neighbour"s who used different removal firms. The movers themselves are absolutely amazing. I HIGHLY recommend SR.

We recently used Safe Removals for our office and storage move over 2 days. On both moves, the removal teams were amazing! Hard working, helpful and patient. The lead up to the move, everyone behind the scenes was very helpful. The only grumble was that the storage move could have been made easier if the vehicle has a tail lift as there was a lot of items and some of them were very heavy. But apart from that, first class service from start to finish!

We recently used safe removals for our move.From the beginning we felt confident with safe removals.On the day the guys that came were really good, hard working, polite and just got on with the job. I commend them for their attitude.There was just one small problem the Luton van was too small I was expecting a bigger one, but in the end we managed to take the remaining things in our car and van.Despite this minor judgement I would recommend and use safe removals again.

I had a team of 3 who were friendly and helpful. They turned up on time packed my stuff and moved it over to the new location efficiently. They turned up later at my convenience to pick up the boxes I did not need after unpacking. The only reservation I have is that they packed unrelated things into the same box. For example placed clothes / suits on top of electric fans. cleaning stuff were mixed with food items. I was also surprised that they did not use trolleys to move heavy boxes. None of my furniture was damaged and nothing was lost in transit.

The service was excellent and the team were very flexible. I had a complicated move, with lots of different items needed from different rooms while leaving many other things in the house. The team packed everything rapidly and carefully, and were flexible to allow a few extra items I had forgotten in the quote, even dropping off a couple of rubbish bags at the dump. The whole thing was arranged and finished within a week! Not the cheapest quote I had but worth every penny for the peace of mind.

These guys were simply incredible. We had a horrendous day which involved all sorts of stress, and absolutely none of it came from them. Packing job bigger than they expected? No problem - they just sent another truck at no extra charge. 6 hour wait to get the keys? No problem - they were completely understanding. No keys until 10am the next day? No problem - they kept the stuff in the truck overnight and only charged us for the extra hours of unpacking the next day. Lovely, hard-working boys: I would recommend without reservation.
